General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") are a legal agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and the srd9 platform ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing this platform, creating an account, or using any service, you agree to all the terms of this agreement.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The following conditions apply for the bonus to be eligible:

To withdraw any winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing bonuses or attempting to circumvent bonus terms.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using bots, automated software, or any artificial means.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or software.
• Colluding with other members to influence outcomes.
• Creating an account with false or misleading information.
• Any form of fraudulent activity.

Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered final and binding only when the system successfully confirms it. srd9 is not responsible for bets that are not recorded due to technical errors.

6.2 Result Disputes

If there is a dispute regarding the result of any game or bet, game logs and system records will serve as the final evidence. Contact the support team to resolve a dispute — we will review the matter within 7 business days.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a server outage, internet disconnection, or any other technical issue, srd9 will determine the result based on the last valid state recorded in the system.

6.4 Maximum Win Limit

The maximum win amount per single transaction may be limited for certain games or betting events. The applicable limit will be displayed in the relevant game or betting section.

VIP Program & Rewards

srd9's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier offers various benefits including weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

VIP tier is determined based on your activity on the platform. Contact the support team for details on the criteria for moving up to a higher tier.

Cashback and other VIP rewards are subject to specific conditions. srd9 reserves the right to modify VIP program benefits at any time.

Responsible Gaming & Self-Control

srd9 is committed to responsible betting. We encourage our members to keep their betting activity under control. The following tools are available for this purpose:

• Option to set deposit limits.
• Option to temporarily close your account for a set period of time.
• Option to permanently close your account through self-exclusion.

srd9 may close an account without notice for the following reasons:

• Evidence of fraud or fraudulent activity.
• Creating an account with false information.

Dispute Resolution & Applicable Law

If resolution through negotiation is not possible, the dispute will be settled through mediation. The mediator's decision will be considered binding on both parties.

Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming guidelines together form the entire agreement between you and srd9.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or void, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.

13.3 Waiver

If we choose not to enforce a particular term in any given instance, that does not waive our right to enforce that term in the future.

13.4 Language

The Bengali version of these terms and conditions is authoritative. In case of any ambiguity, the Bengali text will be considered final.
